What to expect throughout the therapeutic process.
In the beginning you may feel a little nervous or uncomfortable, and that is pretty normal...especially if you've never talked about this stuff before.Â
In the first couple sessions I take the time to get to know you and how you want to live your life. Then we start identifying what isn't working and how to change it in small doableÂ
Sometimes sessions might make you feel overwhelmed, sad or angry, but it’s all part of the process. Often times things get harder before they get easier, but it is worth it.
How do we start?
First we connect for a free 15-minute consultation so I can learn more about the areas you need support in, and you can get a feel of what it would be like to work with me.

In our first session we identify what changes you want to see in your life and in what areas. We also go over how your symptoms pop up at home, work and with other people. Then we come up with goals as well as how to measure your progress.
